Summary

As a CNC Programmer at The CAM CAD Co., you will be responsible for developing precise and efficient CNC programs to support our manufacturing operations. Your role will involve optimizing tool paths, programming for multi-axis machining, and ensuring quality production. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, test, and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining.

• Ensure tool paths are efficient and aligned with project requirements for precision manufacturing.

• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to translate CAD models into CNC programs.

• Perform troubleshooting and make adjustments to ensure quality and minimize production downtime.

• Maintain and update programming documentation as per project needs.

Key Skills

• Proficiency in CNC programming software (e.g., Mastercam, Siemens NX, or similar).

• Experience with tool path optimization, G-code/M-code customization, and multi-axis machining.

• Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.

• Problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
